Duties and Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Creates comprehensive and adaptive agricultural plan with specified timelines.</li>
	<li>Advise farmers and team with specific instruction for carrying out agricultural plan (including soil, environmental, plant and animal management).</li>
	<li>Assesses market and farming trends for crops.</li>
	<li>Coordinates sales, deliveries, and canvassing of farm materials cost effectively.</li>
	<li>Possesses a wide local, provincial, and international network of suppliers, and contacts for farm sales and management.</li>
	<li>Coordinates with government agencies, local and international associations, suppliers, university research centers etc. on up-to-date farming practices, training, and farm management.</li>
	<li>Carries out up-to-date field research.</li>
	<li>Conducts regular training and daily updates on personal and team duties.</li>
	<li>Ensures tagging and inventory of all farm material and assets.</li>
	<li>All other items, tasks or duties that may be assigned.</li>

Work Conditions
