In 1999, Oriental Sheet Piling (OSP) joined forces in a strategic alliance with the European ARBED (now ArcelorMittal), the world’s largest supplier of steel foundation solutions. We become their sole distribution unit within Asia for steel sheet piles.

We combined the technical know-how of ArcelorMittal with our own local in-depth expertise in construction and engineering fields. We deliver stellar services from project planning, application and optimisation, all the way to project completion. Our goal is to captain the foundation steel industry in Asia with industry-leading support and resources.

1. Develop and maintain a network with engineering firms, (semi-) governments, with the aim of;

(i) identifying new/upcoming projects at home and abroad

(ii) introducing new products

(iii) identifying and researching technical market developments

2. Development of innovative foundation solutions related to infrastructural works.

3. Ensure that everyone involved in the design process is aware of our latest developments

4. Handle claims with a technical basis

5. Assist with technically demanding orders and maintenance of contacts with all parties involved

The Role

As a Customer Advisor - New Accounts Officer, you will handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products and services, and managing of account portfolio to achieve sales targets. You will process the opening of new peso/dollar CASA accounts and placements, roll-over/renewal, termination, and payment of matured placements for all SBC products. You ensure on-time and accurate service delivery in compliance with the service standards of the Bank.

 

How you'll contribute

<ul>
	<li>Identifies customer's needs, maintains and nurtures customer relationships through marketing calls, recommending and cross-selling other bank products, services, and alternative channels to customers, and formulation of strategies to further increase dealings with the Bank</li>
	<li>Assists walk-in customers by serving and advising them on bank products to meet their needs and have dealings with the Bank</li>
	<li>Manages/attends to customers’ complaints by coordinating with the Branch Channel Manager (BCM) and/or concerned unit/s to ensure resolution and meet client satisfaction</li>
	<li>Processes over-the-counter transactions and requests in accordance with the policies and procedures set by the Bank to ensure service delivery to customers within the service standards of the Bank</li>
	<li>Acts as a primary co-custodian to the Main Vault Door and Cash Safe and is tasked to conduct end-of-day verification of cash in a vault in accordance with the policies and procedures set by the Bank</li>
