The incumbent will assist Head of Legal Operation & Litigation to:

• conduct litigation role and support handling on legal matters related to the respective functions such as HR, GA/Facility, Procurement, Security, Risk and other relevant function to be proceed properly and comply with prevailing laws and regulations,
• provide legal support in connection with legal opinion, contract drafting/ review or preparing agreements, legal documents, and internal policies/ procedures to ensure comply with prevailing laws and regulations,
• actively involved in the specific projects in supporting company’s business model,
• liaise with relevant function to ensure that were legal risk have been identified is handle properly,
• establish a good relationship with relevant external parties.

We are looking for talents with below requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree major in Law
• Having 3-6 years’ experience (working in law firm or legal department in financial industry is highly recommended)
• Having Advocate License
• Exposure in legal operations and litigation
• Detail oriented
• Having a good communication skill (spoken and written), both in Bahasa and English
