Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage team to handle field investigations related to fraud case, including surveillance, activity checks, background checks, wellness checks, locates, written & recorded statements, obtain evidence by using appropriate regulations, strategic planning on staffing, ensure the investigation tools are used effectively, ensure MS Activity is completed and reported accurately and on timely manner also manage RSM activity in West Regional
- Manage Regional Security Manager in east region to implement HCID internal control and fraud investigation policy and procedures in all region
- Conduct investigation and Litigation process
- Manage, establish and maintain MS Manager & RSM regarding mystery shopping reports and ensure Mystery Shopping quality and accuracy
- Representing company/client in any jurisdiction of courts for civil/commercial litigation and bankruptcy case, costumer handling in non litigation/out of court,
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
- 7+ years experience in banking / financial field, especially in Risk Management, Fraud Investigation, Underwriting and Investigation area.
- Has experience handle litigation process
- Experience in Operational security management
- Secret service or intelligence units cooperation experience
- Anti money laundering and organized crime prevention experience.
