Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide continues development to Investigator, Senior Investigator, Mystery Shopping and other section in Security Department through training to support Security on Soft skill and technical skill
- Ensure quality of Investigator, Senior Investigator and Mystery Shopper are having the best quality through training and maintain the high level quality with pass rate to conduct investigation properly
- Ensure that every Direct superior do coaching, Planning and management process on managing Team to achieve targeted KPI with giving training to all direct superior about coaching, people management technic
- Coordinate with Direct superior to maintain and increase the performance in security with refresh training to all Team
- Monitor Internal development from manager feedback for performance improvement
- Create and develop training module based on department needs so that training will consist thorough information
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university from English Literature
- Passionate in training and development role
- Has expereince minimum 2-3 years as Trainer or English Translator preferably
- Ability to communicate clearly both speaking and writing
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point and Word)
