Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle inbound and outbound dialer (performance tuning, peaks monitoring, capacity monitoring)
- Creating dialer reports on daily basis
- Monitoring Idle, abandon on real time basis and optimize the waiting time and highlight issues to Telesales Team Leader or Manager
- Handling campaigns & skill setup for outbound and inbound dialer and ensure everything is align with current procedure
- Calling monitoring and performance monitoring & coming up with proposals or recommendations for improvement
- Manual Adjustment for shifts
- Understand data and have technical skills to be able to identified issues and do the troubleshoot
- Communication with IT Team resolve the technical issues
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel (macro, pivot table), SQL knowledge.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or with predictive dialling and its management / reporting.
- Good communications skills, Analytical thinking and Independent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
