Specific Job Description:

<ul>
	<li>Conducts site inspection, checking of accuracy of the staking, layout alignment of all civil structures done by contractor.</li>
	<li>Prepares planimetric plans for horizontal projects.</li>
	<li>Re-surveys / re-install monuments for all lots for turn over as requested by TurnOver Group.</li>
	<li>Provides technical support in the correction of Lot Titles.</li>
	<li>Ascertains report provided by Surveying Consultant for newly acquired projects.</li>
	<li>Communicates/coordinates with consultants, other departments/divisions, clients, agencies or other firms/offices relative to the project. Attends to other PDD or company matters/concerns (outside of the regular functions) when required, or upon advice.</li>
