HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Travel Coordinator &amp; Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to a senior executive who splits their time between the United States and Hong Kong. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with exceptional multitasking abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to manage complex travel arrangements and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support:

<ul>
	<li>Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.</li>
	<li>Manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls across multiple time zones.</li>
	<li>Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.</li>
</ul>

Travel Coordination:

<ul>
	<li>Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and ground transportation.</li>
	<li>Develop detailed travel itineraries, ensuring all travel arrangements align with the executive’s preferences and business needs.</li>
	<li>Handle last-minute changes to travel plans and provide timely updates to the executive.</li>
</ul>

Communication &amp; Liaison:

<ul>
	<li>Maintain clear and concise communication with the executive and relevant parties, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.</li>
	<li>Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, emails, and other communication materials.</li>
	<li>Serve as a liaison between the executive and staff, clients, and other stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

Personal Assistance:

<ul>
	<li>Assist with personal tasks and commitments, such as managing personal schedules, appointments, and errands.</li>
	<li>Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.</li>
