The Solutions Engineer uses experience and knowledge of different IT technology to translate technical requirements into workable programming code for use in business. This role requires individuals to work both individually and collaboratively to write lines of code and test software for flaws.

Solutions Engineer

<ul>
	<li>The Finance Manager is responsible for the consolidation and analysis of the financial performance of the BUs. The position ensures that policies, processes, and standards in the finance and accounting area across the BUs are defined and rolled-out.</li>
	<li>The position is responsible in leading financial modelling, planning, and budgeting for key projects and issues of the BUs. Managing finance system related projects, roll-outs, and issue resolution is also part of the position’s responsibilities.</li>
	<li>Overall, the position is responsible in supporting the CFO in all areas pertaining to finance and accounting.</li>
	<li>Reviews variance analysis and explanation of financial statements against prior year and budgets; and highlights key issues to the Gen CFO for comments, recommendation and resolution</li>
	<li>Reviews consolidated monthly management reports with detailed analysis and submits it to the Gen CFO for presentation to AP Board, AP Gen Mancom and all other internal and external groups.</li>
	<li>Leads the standardization of analysis and presentation of financial and operational information across all different BUs.</li>
	<li>Reviews group-wide financial business processes for possible re-design and improvement resulting to better financial reporting.</li>
	<li>Leads the standardization of financial planning and budgeting reporting process, and monitors the preparation of the key accounts of the BUs for budgeting process</li>
	<li>Provides guidance to the Finance Specialist involved in financial modelling and issue resolution pertaining to key finance and accounting issues across the BUs; may lead occasionally depending on the situation</li>

QA Automation Engineer

Role Summary

The position holder is responsible to oversee and produce the civil engineering design analysis, plans, and requirements for RE projects in the different phases of a power project development (desktop investigations, screening, pre-development, and development) across multiple projects to achieve the objective of developing and executing financially and commercially viable renewable energy projects.

Outcomes Expected and Responsibilities:

	<li>Oversees and supervises site reconnaissance activities to ensure that all required data are procured within the approved schedule, timeline, and safety protocols.</li>
	<li>Participates in the exploration stage of new projects which will include interacting with LGUs and IPs on-site to explain and help them understand the development and effects of the renewable power projects in their respective communities</li>
	<li>Prepares the Design Criteria based on the preliminary OODR (Owner’s Operation and Design Requirement), project location, boundary maps, topographic maps, aerial photographs, hydrology data, geology and geotechnical studies, and all related engineering reports.</li>
	<li>Communicates with the draftsmen to deliberate the concepts and facilities that the Project Development Team is considering and to resolve design issues as they arise.</li>
	<li>Analyzes design issues and ensures corrective action is taken. Makes design recommendations to solve technical and non-technical issues.</li>
	<li>Oversee change in the design and updates in the drawings and presentations, as necessary, in close coordination with the engineering designers to ensure compliance to quality and timeline.</li>
	<li>Works closely with third-party consultants in the provision of civil engineering designs for a renewable power project during the conduct of the pre-development and development stage</li>
	<li>Ensures and confirms that designs adhere to construction specifications and safety standards by strict compliance with the Design Criteria, the preliminary OODR (Owner’s Operation and ng Design Requirements), and with the current legislation, standards, and codes of practice as applicable.</li>

Civil Design Engineer Supervisor

Responsibilities

Full Stack Developer

As Interns you will be immersed and learn in the following: 
- Interns will be able to learn industry-based practices in User Experience Design and should be able to apply them to every challenge provided. 
- Interns will be able to learn and participate in user interviews, and usability testing, to gain more understanding of our users and personas. 
- Interns will be involved in translating ideas into user flows, wireframes, scenario maps, and design prototypes using Figma. 
- Interns will be able to learn and engage in ideating design solutions to business and user problems that are backed by insights from research and interview. 
- During research activities and interviews, interns should be able to observe and record insights, and provide feedback based on the activity. 
- Should be able to learn and participate in Design Critique sessions, provide feedback, and record insights. 
- Interns should be able to learn new design tools (Figma, and Adobe Creative Tools) 
- Interns must be able to produce design assets, illustrations, icons, and logos. 
- Interns should be able to produce aesthetic and effective communication materials such as email design, product videos, and presentation materials.
