Our client develops customised energy management solutions for private, public organisations, and non-profit institutions. As independent consultants, they provide their clients with cost-effective and technically sound energy advice and solutions.

Role and Opportunity 

The Client Data Manager will “Work-from-Home” to remotely provide administrative support to the onsite teams. The role requires efficient and sensitive data management and preparation.

Purpose

As a remote Client Data Manager, you will:

	<li>Manage a workflow process as outlined overleaf</li>
	<li>Work directly with onsite teams and ensure accurate details are entered into the system</li>
	<li>The workflow process is managed and followed through to cycle completion</li>
	<li>Check the completeness and clarity of information of the received data</li>
	<li>Transcribe data received into MS Excel and into the company’s database</li>
	<li>Compile electricity meter readings into MS Excel</li>
	<li>Convert MS Excel invoices into PDF</li>
	<li>Xero login and invoice preparation</li>
	<li>Prepare the invoice by copying previous versions to send to clients</li>

As a Client Data Manager, your daily tasks may include:

		<li>Maintain calendar utility meter reading cycle</li>

	</li>
	<li>Handle Type "A Clients"

			<li>Data processing items required:

				Source meter data for period/from file
				</li>
				<li>
				Open the master sheet excel sheet from the previous month/from the file
				</li>
				<li>
				Convert the updated master sheet data for the period into PDF
				</li>
				<li>
				Save the Excel version of #3 with ‘no formulas’
				</li>
			</ol>
			</li>
		</ul>
		</li>
		<li>Finalize the cycle

			<li>XERO Login for Invoice Preparation
			<ol>
				<li>
				Login to Xero
				</li>
				<li>
				Find site or client details
				</li>

				Copy the previous month’s invoice
