As a Skin Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and patient solutions by understanding our clients' skincare needs and recommending tailored solutions. You will be responsible for creating a positive and informative experience for potential customers, helping them on their journey to healthier, more beautiful skin.

You will report directly to the Branch Clinic Manager.

Responsibilities

	<li>Engage with potential clients in-person at our clinics as well as via phone calls.</li>
	<li>Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking skincare consultations.</li>
	<li>Listen attentively to clients to understand their specific skincare concerns and goals.</li>
	<li>Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess clients' skin conditions and requirements.</li>
	<li>Educate clients about our skincare treatments, products, and services, and provide detailed information on expected results and aftercare instructions</li>
	<li>Recommend personalized skincare solutions and treatment plans to address clients' needs.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with the medical team and aestheticians to ensure accurate and safe treatment recommendations.</li>
	<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare trends, products, and technologies.</li>
	<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.</li>
	<li>Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.</li>
	<li>Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the client journey.</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate client records and documentation.</li>
	<li>Assist in administrative tasks related to client scheduling and follow-ups.</li>
