Key Responsibilities

	<li>Provide IT support to businesses and staff, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.</li>
	<li>Administer and manage Microsoft 365 and Teams environments, facilitating collaboration and document management within the organization.</li>
	<li>Ensure the cyber security, reliability, and efficiency of the firm’s IT systems.</li>
	<li>Security Software for Virus Protection, Spyware, Malware and Spam.</li>
	<li>Propose and implement automation solutions to streamline accounting and administrative processes.</li>
	<li>Provide training and technical support to staff on new systems and software updates.</li>
	<li>Assist with the integration and management of accounting software (e.g., Xero and its Integrations).</li>
	<li>Experience in Microsoft Azure 365</li>
