Data Deletion

Deleting your account prevents anybody from accessing your information in ANY way. This is an irreversible process and Kalibrr will NOT be able to recover any data after this is done.

Data Deletion Instructions

The following are the steps to take for a complete deletion of your data on Kalibrr:

1. Login to the Kalibrr account where you want the data to be deleted
2. Go to account settings
3. Take note of the email address of the account (This will be used later, make sure it is correct)
4. Select "Deactivate account" and finish the flow until you have been logged out of your Kalibrr account
5. Send an email to support@kalibrr.com including the email of the deactivated account and your intent to delete its data

Types of data deleted and deletion timeline

Within seven (7) days after a user’s deletion request, ALL personally identifiable information of that user in Kalibrr are deleted which includes:

1. Name
2. Email
3. Contact Number
4. Address
5. Birthday
6. Gender
7. Etc
