Job Description
- Bachelor degree, preferrably from Digital/Advertising/Mass Communicaton/Journalism
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Marketing, Merchandiser, Media Planner
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa
- Good interpersonnal skill
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Shopper Marketing Tools
- Proven track record of creating compelling content accross all retail channels
- Expert with current trends in digital/social media
- Interest in digital, trend, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques
Minimum Qualifications
- Create & execute marketing plans along with the Partner with creative, media and on - ground to ensure co-creation and excellent execution of special plans through micro marketing.
- Plan and execute Location Based Ads campaigns on website and mobile application
- Expertly use the company's internal audience profiling and modeling tools, as well as source and learn from external tools where required.
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.
- Develop attractive and engaging Point of sale visibility material in collaboration with Sales team as well as external and deliver the same for field implementation
- Coordinate with sales operation, facility and warehouse to execute promo and material marketing distribution especially TVC at specific POS and monitor progress in weekly basis
- Work with sales teams internally to ensure best practice is met, information is shared and distributed, and that industry knowledge is a constant part of the sales team's resources
- Monitor all promo / regular marketing material is executed properly by coordinating with related stockholder.
- Create and follow up PRF or procurement process to ensure the promo regular marketing material process is running properly.
- Provide inventory report of marketing material so that all marketing material can be tracked properly.
