Junior Graphic Designer  

We are looking for a senior-level Graphic Designer with a strong passion for visual design to help elevate the brand message through all forms visual communications both online and offline.

The designer will be responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet specific marketing strategies and campaigns. Daily projects would include: packaging design, infographics, marketing emails, brand lookbooks, printed material for events, social media editorials, photography selection, and collaborating with marketing and branding teams on larger e-commerce projects.

• Collaborate with Creative team to articulate and execute designs

• Create both print and web graphics, marketing collaterals, social media editorials, and online ads that are consistent with our brand guidelines

• Assist in photography and content selection for new product launches and campaigns

• Design fashion-forward campaigns and its touchpoints

• Prototype ideas and create both low and high fidelity design deliverables for print and screen, while maintaining keen eye for details

• Keen to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, New Media Design, or professional equivalent
• At least 1-2 years experience in a design studio or creative consultancy

• Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Keynote/PPT. Bonus point for video/audio editing software and/or 3D software

• Passionate about the world of visual storytelling, typography, illustrations, visual aesthetics, and keen to try various creative ways of engaging core audience within project constraints

• Open-minded, able to embrace ambiguity, and comfortable working in a fast pace start-up environment

• Able to work autonomously and take ownership of projects from start to finish

• You have practised or keen to learn about Human Centred Design approach, familiar with iterative design process, conducting design research, and value research data to inform design

• Strong portfolio and elevated sense of design, colors, typography and grid systems. You know the difference between “good” and “great” and are able to navigate team dynamics and timelines to deliver excellent design

• Excellent discretion, demonstrating sound judgment in dealing with confidential dialogues and information
