Social Media Specialist  

At ZULU, we take pride in our digital presence as a platform for storytelling, community engagement, and customer feedback. We're seeking a Social Media Specialist to help manage this online presence and community.

In this role, you will help run ZULU's social media channels, developing new and exciting narratives and engaging in conversation with our customers. The ideal candidate is sharp and quick-witted with a variety of references (newsworthy or pop culture-based). Experience in creating compelling stories with beautiful visuals on major social platforms is a must.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and manage all of ZULU's social media accounts
• Execute email marketing campaigns
• Generate and brainstorm ideas with the rest of the Brand team
• Establish open channels for customer feedback and conversation
• Write strong copy that connects with a specific audience
• Create and source visual content (photo, video, gifs)
• Manage a weekly calendar that is approved by key members of the team
• Track key performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
• 1-3 years work experience either in an agency or retail brand
• Expert knowledge of all things digital and social
• Obsessed with the internet, pop culture and social trends
• Strong creative skills (writing and photography)
• Big ideas and action driven
• A fan of the ZULU brand and spirit
