Training and Development Officer
[Project-Based, initial 1-year contract]

General Description and Responsibility:

Responsible for facilitating and contributing to the planning, designing, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of existing and new Bridging Leadership-based training products that build capacity for leadership and governance of social development practitioners and agencies, including NGAs, NGOs, and LGUs.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any Social Science courses, preferably in Public Health, Community Development, or Development Communications

Experience:

•At least 5 years progressive experience in fields of training module development, training management, health programs, and health systems management

•Experience in program and module development for capacity building and training interventions, preferably using the results-based approach and proven experience in working with various stakeholders in training product development and implementation.
