Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The HR Assistant will:
- Aid the Human Resources Manager in implementing the policies of ZFF;
- Manage the HR databases such as leave monitoring, training, etc.;
- Assist in administrative and logistical requirements of the unit;
- Provide support in HR interventions through research and information gathering (analysis of database information);
- Recommend action to streamline processes;
- Assist in talent acquisition and management,
- Staff relations and engagement,
- Benefits administration;
- Performance management.
Trình độ tối thiểu
Education: Graduate of any business related course or social sciences, preferably psychology.
Skills:
•Good oral and written communication skills
•Good working knowledge in MS Office application
•Preferably with basic recruitment and facilitation skills
Experience
•One year of experience is an advantage
•Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
