The Research Associate spearheads technical support, coordination and management to strengthen the research agenda and capacity of the Foundation which may include managing internal and external research teams, individuals, and networks (research advisory & ethics review boards) and providing technical assistance to ZFF Units on research and translation/dissemination into policy or program recommendations.
Support the Foundation’s vision “to enhance the quality of life of the Filipino by focusing on the achievement of targets in the country’s Sustainable Development Goals for health, in partnership with government and other stakeholders.”
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree of any course, preferably with Health background
- Preferably with 12 to 30 units of graduate studies in Public Health, Local Health System, Community Development, or alike
- With 2 to 7 years of relevant work experience in the health and development sector
- Should be a self-starter and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Is able to deal with all levels within the organization in providing technical support
