Strategic Planner  

The digitally savvy Strategic Planner will work closely with creative, media and analytics to create impactful, integrated and measurable communications. The Strategic Planner will:

• Lead the planning process for key strategic initiatives on specific accounts
• Use data and analytics to develop multi-channel ecosystems for major brands, including channel specific content strategies, editorial calendars and strategic roadmaps
• Analyze the role and impact of various communications touch points on a client’s business and communications strategies
• Recommend and implement research that will aid in the consumer insight gathering and strategic process
• Develop accurate and insightful conclusions from research data and presents strategy and direction to the client
• Write creative briefs that inspire innovative ideas
• Develop client presentations that tell a story
• Work with creative teams to incorporate digital into the core of creative concepting; with media teams to ensure paid media strategies are effectively integrated into each initiative; and with PR teams to ensure efforts are amplified at every touchpoint

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in developing and activating digital campaigns in an agency environment. The right person for the job:

• Has good command of the English language
• Has a strong exposure to ATL/BTL/TTL that enables them to craft communications plans at a holistic level
• Seeks a consumer-centric view in all strategic thinking
• Have a strong exposure to data and analytics and/or performance marketing
• Can lead, manage and participate in cross-functional teams
• Brings an unwavering desire to drive digital innovation using data and analytics
• Has a passion for culture, trends and motivations in consumer behavior
• Has their finger on the pulse of culture, technology and design
• Is always two steps ahead and help persuade their clients to do what’s right by proposing actionable solutions to their toughest brand challenges
