- Manages daily operations with clients and teams.
- Formulates design and/ or visual concepts and presentation approaches.
- Assists Creative Director with creative marketing strategies when needed.
- Designs and develops concepts for the use of full campaign branding and advertising.
- Mentors, leads, and directs graphic designers as needed.
- Creates ideas that elevates the brand beyond the expected.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Design, Multi-media arts or equivalent. (with good GPA)
- Experience in handling an automotive brand.
- 4 years experience of Visual / Art Direction in an agency is preferred.
- Highly creative with a strong portfolio.
- Knowledge in the following is an advantage:
- After Effects
- Premier Pro
- Photography
- Typography
- Printing
- Ability to do the following:
- Strategic thinking
- Conceptual thinking
- Photoshop
- InDesign
- Illustrator
- KeyNote
- PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Good English communication skills (oral and written).
- Good presentation skills
