Digital Analyst  

We are looking for Digital Analyst who will work with Community Managers, Account Managers and other agency teams to build data-driven stories and actionable insights that shape future account strategy.

Responsilities of the role are as follow:

• Help drive communication plans through lateral thinking, knowledge of results, customer behavior, meaningful data insights and the use of innovative forecasting and insight tools
• Develop and deliver client reports that express deep insight into the value of clients’ digital activity, analyzing and interpreting data from social channels and web analytic tools to drive future client marketing and content strategies
• Develop campaign benchmarks, defining success KPIs and help analyze engagement trends in order to inform content planning and overall strategy planning
• Recommend and implement optimization strategies and processes for social campaigns, social content, and internal creative & social teams
• Work with account teams to provide analysis of social landscape and audience buzz volume, frequency, velocity, demographics, and related dimensions
• Partner with Strategy and Marketing teams to provide best-in-class digital campaigns based on quantitative data
• Use paid social data to assist media partners with building and improving targeting strategies
