Finance Strategist  

1. We are looking for detail-oriented Finance Associate to lead in our capital raising initiatives who will be managing account records, revising and updating financial reports, and preparing financial data.
2. You will be developing various types of financial models for capital raising transactions, and perform various valuation methods - comparable companies, precedents, and DCF.
3. You will be working closely with the CEO and together will craft investors decks, financial models, and be the liaison officer between the company and potential investors.

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or in any related field (CFA is preferred)
• With at least 3 years of experience working as a finance associate, investment banking experience is preferred
• Superb organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Great analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail
