- Execute data gathering requests efficiently and effectively
- Be able to create databases and dashboards on Excel or online
- Understands SPSS and Excel and can be easily taught on how to cut data
- Sound logic and can be easily taught on how market sizing works
- Finds competitors data and updates them regularly
- Be solution oriented
- Highly organized and good at admin job
- Finds the right set of candidates to be interviewed and be able to empathize and understand their pain points and experience
- Has a good understanding with how the ID education market works locally
- Able to empathize with users and get deepened insights
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least Bachelor’s Degree from top local or overseas universities with min. GPA 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business field is an advantage. MBA degree is a plus
- Passion in data-driven product development and making the world better through technology
- Excellent analytical skills and strong intuitions of user behaviours
- A strong drive to make things happen, charisma and ability to influence
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Good understanding of product management / development, preferably in the internet space
