Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Objectives: Ensure accurate and timely collection of payments from customers through timely submission of documents, consistent follow-up of payments and reconciliation of accounts.
- Monitors and identifies outstanding accounts for countering/collection to ensure timely collection
- Generates Counter Receipt and transmits to Collection Coordinator for countering purposes
- Communicates regularly and builds rapport with customer representatives to facilitate collection
- Assists our accounting department in reconciling discrepancies in collection amount and documentation requirements
- Coordinates with Sales Department for collection problems arising from incomplete deliveries, documentation, cost discrepancies, etc.
- Endorses problematic accounts to Sr. Collection Officer and helps in resolving until final settlement
- Works with superior to oversee the collectors and their activities for proper and timely accomplishment of their assigned collection efforts
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of any Business related courses
- With at least 1-year work experience in Credit and Collection, and AP/AR
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Has good communication skills
