ZEN Rooms, the #1 budget hotel franchise in SEA, is now looking for applicants for the position of Employer Branding Intern to change the face of ZEN.
As an Employer Branding Intern, you will not be given tasks such as managing databases, encoding, admin tasks, etc. You will be taking up the mantle of handling the Employer Branding Process of the team and company. Your main responsibilities will be
- Handle the overall Employer Branding Process. Through article generation, UI optimization of numerous websites, and creation of graphics in social media.
- Create and generate articles for different topics such as tech, recruitment, careers, employment, etc.
- Make use of each creative tool you have in your arsenal to create social media posts, job advertisements, and engaging content in our social media pages.

What we want from you:
- Creativity. Has a plethora of ideas and suggestions to improve the current design and approach to employer branding of the company.
- Attitude. Pro-active, outspoken, collaborative, great energy, and willing to learn from criticisms & feedback
- Currently undergraduates, regardless of program and course. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!
- Mastery over tools such as Canva & Adobe in creating collaterals.
- Experience & proficiency in writing articles, content, etc
