ZEN Rooms, the #1 budget hotel franchise in SEA, is now looking for applicants for the position of Employer Branding Intern to change the face of ZEN.

As an Employer Branding Intern, you will not be given tasks such as managing databases, encoding, admin tasks, etc. You will be given responsibilities outside of your usual internship. Article Writing, Website Management, and constant creativity are just some of the things you will be held responsible for. But your main responsibilities will be:

• Handle and modify current employer branding websites to attract and create applicants for future pipeline
• Write and create articles regarding different fields to support the candidate's interest and engagement with the company
• Show off your creative skills through different graphics such as Job Ads, Social media posts, and overall branding.

What we want from you:

• A creative and wild mindset when it comes to ideas and suggestions on design, engagement, and experience.
• Growth centric mindset; open to feedback & criticism, hunger for knowledge, pro-active in doing tasks, and a collaborative attitude.
• Currently undergraduates, regardless of program and course. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!
• Proficient in using creative tools such as Canva, Adobe, etc. Also having the skill and knowledge when it comes to technical writing.
