ZEN Rooms, one of the fastest growing startups in the Southeast Asia, is searching for a Senior Projects Manager to implement and create innovative business plans for the growth and success of the company.

As a Senior Projects Manager, you will be given 100% ownership, be challenged to think creatively and overcome business challenges in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Head of Departments to drive new initiatives across different areas within Operations
• Reviewing and improving existing processes to increase efficiency and quality of service.
• Monitoring daily operations and KPIs to ensure departments are running smoothly, and identify bottlenecks
• Reporting to the Regional Operations Director

Academic and Work Experience

• At least 3 years experience working in operations optimization
• Has managed and coordinated with several teams and departments
• Led high impact projects within the company that drove efficiency
• Graduate of a TOP 3 University in your country
• Excellent academic track record
• High Achiever

Mindset and Attitude

• Clear entrepreneurial and hustle mindset with the drive to constantly create innovative solutions
• Proactive and flexible to the fast-paced culture of startups
• Autonomous and can thrive under minimal supervision
• Street and book smart

Skill Sets

• Advanced skills in using Microsoft office
• Excellent English communication skills
