ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for a Market Administrator- Hotel Teams to ensure smooth delivery and onboarding process of the company

About the role

The Market Administrator- Hotel Teams will take charge of collaborating with different teams to ensure the smooth flow of the onboarding and distribution process to certify the satisfaction of partners and customers better.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Heads in administering clear communication with ZEN’s hotel partners during onboarding and sustaining excellent relationships with distribution channel partners
• Champions in exchanging information with other functional teams to ensure deliverables are on track
• Enhances onboarding & distribution processes to minimize sign-to-live timing
• Resolves diligently onboarding issues as they arise

Academic and Work Experience

• Excellent academic performance/ credentials
• Must have at least 2 years experience in managing inventory on Online Travel Agencies (e.g. Booking, Expedia, Agoda, & Traveloka) and on hotel systems (e.g. channel managers and PMS)

Mindset and Attitude

• Detail-oriented and meticulous when writing and reviewing varying information posted on OTAs and Zen Rooms
• Ready to experience the pace and fast growth of an eCommerce startup
• Competent to take on the responsibility with minimal supervision
• Up to the challenge of working under pressure
• Analytical and has a problem-solving attitude

Skill Sets:

• Must be proficient in MS Excel
• Willing to work in BGC
