Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide support to Hotel Operations Manager in the Philippines
• Manage day to day hotel operations in fully managed hotels in Metro Manila
• Handle replication of hotel processes to provincial locations
• Oversee recruitment of hotel operations staff

What profile are we looking for?

Academic and Work Experience

• Minimum of 3 years management experience in the hospitality industry
• Hotel pre-opening experience preferred

• Creative & Problem solver
• Customer-centric

Skill Sets

• Able to replicate complex processes and implement improvements
• People management skills, formal exposure to HR practices preferred
• Guest oriented, strong focus on customer service

Based in Manila or willing to relocate, must be open to travel on flexible schedule
