As a Quality Management Associate; you will be responsible for the following:
- Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are me
- To determine partners quality procedures, standards, and specifications
- Managing hotel's reviews in OTA's websites
- Maintain hotel's performance and customer satisfaction
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Strive to help the company move forward and love jumping in where needed
- Fresh graduates are welcome
