You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by developing a trusted advisory role
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Lead a team of merchant user engagement personnel in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to key customer stakeholders as well as internal (ZAP) stakeholders
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Forecast and track key account metrics

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree from a reputable university
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Self-directed and able to carry out responsibilities with a minimum of supervision
- Results-focused, team-oriented and a strong work ethic
