Sales Engineers  

Staff Functions:

• Assist in conceptualizing of marketing strategies and effective market positioning of YEC and Other PA Equipment products at the Main Office Showroom (MOS).
• Reports all market developments concerning YEC and Other PA Equipment products at the MOS to the Product Manager and the President.
• Assists in the preparation of marketing reports usch as sales and inventories of YEC and Other PA Equipment products at the MOS.
• Executes the directives and instructions of the Product Manager and the President that concerns YEC and Other PA Equipment products and reports any development.
• Other tasks, duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Line Functions:

• Generate sales of YEC nad Other PA Equipment Products at the MOS in pursuit of established sales targets.
• Assists in formulation, organization and recommendation of strategies of YEC and Other PA Equipment products at the MOS.
• Conduct ocular Inspections and prepare Store display deisgn for YEC and Other PA Equipment products.
• Observe company procedure/ policies on proper documentations for sales, stock transfer, demo activitiesand receiving transactions of YEC and Other PA Equipment products.
• Monitoring deliveries to Customers/ Clients.
• Prepares weekly, monthly and yearly sales report.
• Assist in the formulation and recommendation on pricing of YEC and Other PA Equipment products.
• Formulates and recommends ordering of YEC and Other PA Equipment products.
• Ensures good relationship and representation of YEC and Other PA Equipment products with customers/clients.
• Other tasks, duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

• Preferably Electronics and Communications Engineer (ECE), Business studies / Marketing / Administration / Management, Commerce or equivalent;
• Good in communication and selling skills, personable and articulate in oral and written English;
• Should be good in public relations, has good English communication skills and has a high sense of commitment and responsibility;
• Must be proactive, sales results oriented, people-oriented, transparent, good communicator, fun-loving, optimistic, spontaneous, seeks social acceptance and applause;
• Computer literate and can work flexible hours;
• To be compliance in the Kaizen Project;
• Experience in Professional Audio, Audio-Video and Multimedia;
• Willing to travel domestically;
• Preferably residing in Metro Manila.
