Duties and Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support
• Manage contact list and customer spreadsheets
• Maintain calendar and setup meetings
• Make or book travel arrangements
• Handle client inquiries by phone, chat or email

• Organizing and Archiving Files
• Social Media Management/Marketing
