Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Ensure that the restaurant complies with sanitation and safety standards for guests and associates.
- Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with other department leaders to resolve service delivery or quality breakdowns.
- Ensure that food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications.
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback on quality of service and food in outlet.
- Train and evaluate work performance of subordinates.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food Technology, Nutrition & Dietetics or any 4 years food related course;
- Preferably with 1-2 years work experience in a fast food restaurant;
- Aggressive, passionate and with high sense of responsibility;
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Willing to be assigned in any branch within Metro Manila.
