- The web programmer is a key member of the team responsible for developing web projects and supporting the customer wit the efficient web access.
- Determine and use best practices to deliver best-of-breed code for all web projects
- Architect and develop solutions top a set of highly complex problems based on business needs, functional requirements and design
- Implement all aspect of web development including high performance design, clean coding, caching mechanisms, naming standards, security, encryption, state management, error logging, scalability, code reviews, environment configuration, testing procedures and all other aspects of good application design and development.

- Minimum 2 years dynamic web development using the following
- HTML
- XHTML
- CSS
- JavaScript
- XML
- XSLT
- ASP.NET
- SQL
- PHP
- MySQL
- Development experience with CMS systems
- Experience with Javascript/jQuery, Visual studio 2008/10, SQL Server Management
- Thorough knowledge of and experience developing code for Microsoft.NET (C#), including patterns and best practices
- Detailed documentation abilities
- Extensive working knowledge of Windows Server and IIS platform
- Excellent writing and communication skills
