We seek detail-oriented inidividuals to assist us deliver a range of administrative services to Australian Accounting Firms. Full training provided with a stron emphasis on a process-oriented approach to administrative tasks. The range of services includes:
- ASIC lodgements;
- Electronic filing;
- Prepare and maintain company's and client's documents and reports;
- Provide operations' support and documentation report.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Technology / Finance / Business Administration or any related field.
- 2-3 years work experience in Finance and/or Business Administration
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Must have demostrated ability to effectively multi-task and work under pressure
- Must posess organizing and coordinating skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
- Ability to use a variety of technological tools and database management software
- Ability to work in a team envirenment whilst showing initiative and drive
- Unquestionable integrity and the ability to maintain confidential data
