About the role:
- You will directly report and support YBO's Australian-based Marketing Director in all aspect of YBO's marketing activities. This will also include executing marketing activities for YBO clients.
- You will act as the Philippine-based Account Executive, coordinating and working with YBO’s marketing agency in the Philippines.
- The role is full-time and based in YBO’s Manila office located in Greenhills, San Juan City.
Responsibilities:
The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Director in the development and implementation of YBO’s marketing plan, including:
- On-going development and monitoring of the YBO website.
- Generating eDM's and marketing collateral for YBO and some direct clients to promote digital traffic and online sales and promotions.
- Executing social media strategies.
- Regular management and updating of social media accounts.
- Analysis of website, advertising and social media performance through Google Analytics.
- Supporting the wider team with relevant administrative work.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 1-2 years experience in Marketing.
- Copywriting, social media content and knowledge of desktop publishing will be highly regarded.
- Confident in client interaction and can work collaboratively with people.
- Quick learner and able to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
