- Make proposals, tour packages and itineraries with regard to the needs and demands of specific clients.
- Customize domestic and international tour packages.
- Coordinate to the hotels, resorts, and/or travel destinations for contracted rates.
- Negotiate rates for tours, hotel accommodation, transfers, and meals.
- Be in charge in updating companies services in social media, like Facebook.
- Develop and maintain directory and contacts to the affiliate offices connected to travel and tours.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Tourism graduate or of any related degree program.
- At least 1-3 years experience in tour operations in related position.
- Proficient in creating proposals and tour packages as well as in tour costing and expense management in making different tours, both domestic and international.
- Well oriented in using social medias websites for advertising update, any information about companies services.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and marketing skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Multi-skilled.
- Very keen to details.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
