Marketing Assistant  

1. Marketing Campaigns and Database Management

• Identifies companies within the same markets and performs market research as required
• Media Buying including booking newspaper ads, TV Ads and sports, radio ads and interviews
• Copy writing for collaterals, press releases, social media posts, email blasts, and text blasts
• Drafts letters as required by the Marketing Director
• Prepare marketing statistics
• Print, electronic and digital filing as required
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

2.Events

• Present during ingress, event proper and egress in all of Company's events
• Coordinates press release of opening ceremony and after opening ceremony
• Contributes to the project plan and preparation of checklists
• Coordinates with various media companies on event coverage and/or ground activities
• Internal communication and diary co-ordination
• Research supplier liaison as needed
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

3. Internet and Email Marketing

• Monitors other social media sites of the Company
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

4. Public Relations

• Supports the Marketing Director in liaising with Partners, co-ordinating diaries for photo shoots and interviews and source props as required
• Research suitable media outlets, editors and presenters as required (printed and online press, social media, trade press TV and readio)
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

5. Market Audit and Strategy

• Contributes ideas and suggest new initiatives or areas of improvement
• Prepares supporting materials as requested
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Graduate of ANY Busines Course (Bachelor's Degree)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Average to excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
