- Researches potential clients and database generation
- Books and Manages Company's annual events through marketing and promotion by means of telemarketing, email, fax marketing. If deemed necessary, does presentations
- Provides account servicing tasks to clients and prospective clients
- Develops and maintains client database
- Prepares proposals and other correspondences in the like but not limited to, marketing materials such as lay-out; event fact sheet, association letter; sponsorship and solicitation letters; weekly reports
- Coordinates with confirmed exhibitors, their necessary requirements
- Corrdinates with the Marketing Department for Press Releases
- Coordinates with Creative Department for the necessary requirements
- Visits competitor events and submits reports in accordance to the strengths and weaknesses of the other shows
- During pre-event and event proper, performs on-site task(s) assignment that may be assigned from time to time
- Does post event reporting for submission to Top Management
- Performs other assigned tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of ANY Business Course (Bachelor's Degree)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Average to excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
