- Follow up customer inquiries and requests
- Evaluate problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutions
- Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve satisfaction
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any Medical courses / Bachelor's Degree in: Nursing / Pharmacy /RadTech / MedTech / Biolody / PT;
- No work experience required;
- Average communication skills;
- Willing to work on shifting schedules;
- Willing to work in Makati.
