- Determines the goal of the company
- Devices plans for each phase of the project
- Identifies the resources needed
- In-charge of the Engineering and Quality Department staff
- Performs quality control checks ensuring the safety and effectiveness or reliability of the product
- Evaluates the cost within a specific timeframe
- Supervises the installation of the equipment or the manufacturing process of a product
- Works with team members to generate ideas and clarify specifications
- Resolves problems that may arise in the department
- Perform other management mandated functions
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any Engineering course
- Preferably a licensed engineer
- At least 3 years experience in manufacturing or similar setting
- Excellent people handling and management skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
