- Close sales and achieve quarterly and monthly quotas.
- Maintain and expand the database of prospect.
- Understand customer needs and requirement.
- Ensure to maintain a professional attitude to deals with prospects, customers, and existing dealers.
- Manage and provide solutions to all issues related to customer satisfaction.
- Fill orders by:
- Transferring orders to fulfillment.
- Communicating expected delivery date.
- Explaining stock-outs.
- Maintain and update accurate data to the customers.
- Provide a good service after sales.
- Liable for collecting/accepting payment (cash/check).
- Answer calls and speak in a pleasant tone of voice.
- Always attain/check email inquiry.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email.
- Understand customers' needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
