Operations Manager  

Supports the successful execution of all operations in the company's operations departments (may include retail, consignment and online), as well as managing the team. Strives to continually improve customer and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department. Continuously looks for new ways to improve and grow the business. Ensures that standards and procedures are being followed. Leads specific team while assisting with meeting or exceeding organizational goals.

The essential duties and responsibilities of this job include the following (other duties may be assigned):

• Assist all customers in the services of the department, manage and supervise the designated staff to provide those services
• Provide excellent service to all customers, striving to exceed their expectations to ensure continuous quality improvement
• Maintain knowledge of all of the business
• Maintain knowledge of surrounding area, competitors and new development
• Develops staff through training and example
• Ensures proper scheduling for areas of operation according to business for all shifts.
• Conducts weekly meetings and monthly staff meetings
• Monitors team members performance
• Reviews and follows up on reports
• Performs employee interviews for new hires and introduces those employees to their work
• Regularly visits and ensures the quality of service and high standard of the stores
• Maintains and orders supplies, uniforms and equipment for the department
• Organizes events and conducts workshops
• Has knowledge and control of daily labor and cost reports

• Min 5 years working experience and 2 years as a Manager
