The position is in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with the top management on lead generation. In addition, the position will also be tasked with providing guidance, mentorship and overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales goals and setting individual sales targets in a specified timeframe.

- With at least two years of work experience as a Sales Manager which focuses more on real estate;
- Customer service, sales and marketing skills;
- Being a Licensed Real Estate broker is an advantage;
