IT Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage information technology systems and infrastructure
• Provide support and resolution to all IT related request/issues and escalate to the IT Manager as needed
• Install, Install, configure, deploy and maintain desktop, laptops, server, printers, smart phones, network peripherals; and authorize software deployments
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify and prevent possible intrusions
• Ensure software updates are applied and kept up to date on servers, desktops, laptops and network peripherals
• Manage IT assets of hardware, software and licenses

Desired Skills and experiences

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• Preferably 1-3 years experienced employees specializing in IT / Computer Network / System / Database Admin or equivalent
• Advanced troubleshooting experience (PC,hardware / software, browsers, etc.)
• Programming languages such as HTML5, JavaScript and PHP
• Customer service and communication skills
• Willing to work rotating shifts

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• Preferably 1-3 years of experience
• Willing to work rotating shifts
