Reports Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create decks that provide information regarding the performance of campaigns with the help of data pulled from queries.
• Pull out data for campaigns at specific time intervals using queries provided by the client
• Create Sub-Pixels from Master Pixels so that conversions could be tracked with greater detail and information.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports, both manual and automated, based on client specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues on generated reports and correct or update current queries.
• Escalate issues or problems immediately to the clients and explain clearly through chat, email or call.
• Answer inquiries from Account Managers, Reporters and Analysts through chat, email or call.

Schedule

UK: 2pm to 11pm/3pm to 12am

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record, preferably from a computer science or business specialization
• Must have strong experience in MySQL
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an absolute must
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills
• Extensive attention to detail
• Flexible; must exercise sound judgment in managing priorities
• Background in digital advertising or ad operations would be a huge plus
• Experience working in a BPO setting would also be a plus
• Resourcefulness, a can-do attitude and the ability to process complex concepts are key attributes
• Must be willing to work in Makati City and/or Alabang
• Must be amenable to working in US hour
