Creatives | Design SME | Remote | Hybrid  

An SME for design acts as the team’s Art Director and leads a team of junior design and dev staff. Supporting the foundational business that involves the production of top industry-standard creatives, mentorship, skills, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep up to date with the industry’s mobile-friendly ad specs, ad best practices, and effective ad formats that translate to modules for team upskilling
• Learn and adhere to the team’s platforms and processes that involve creative solutions for different brands and industries
• Understand each ad request from a marketing perspective that follows their brand guidelines and specific request
• Create effective ad mocks that are brand-centric coming from the client brief and provided assets
• Manage training sessions to improve team performance, skills, and production time
• Monitor campaign outputs and skills that must adhere to team standard
• Handle technical and production support for custom ad functionalities
• Ensure that all creative units sent to clients are 100% functional and up to specs, testing specifically for:
  • Standard/Customer Specifications and Best Practices
  • Brand guidelines (Fonts, colors, logo, imagery, etc.)
  • Visual Design and Animation
  • Functionality and Performance
  • Platform/Cross Browser functionality at different resolutions, and fixing errors when necessary
• Support the team by building an environment that encourages growth, collaboration, and creativity through sharing knowledge and skills

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Advertising Arts or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in design, advertising, marketing, or creative management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
• Strong management and training skills is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of design best practices and production using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Basic video editing using Adobe After Effects and Media Encoder is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Animate, Google Web Designer, HTML5, and JS is a plus
