Human Resources Manager  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide general guidance and direction to the Human Resource and Administration personnel
• Develop HR and Administrative strategies in order to achieve the company's mission and vision
• Function as the final departmental authority on the HRA department
• Oversee general services functions
• Coordinate and work with department managers in solving human relations problems as they affect performance, efficiency and morale
• Work on the organization's holistic development

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge in General Human Resource and Administration
• 5 years experience as a manager is required for this position
• With in-depth knowledge of Organizational Development and all other facets of HR
